Online Safety

At Childwall Valley Primary School we promise to take every reasonable precaution to keep pupils safe and to prevent pupils from accessing inappropriate materials online. We use the RM Safetynet Filtering System to filter internet traffic from all devices and ESafe which is a specialised monitoring system. Online safety is an integral part of the curriculum. If you wish to discuss any concerns regarding online safety, please do not hesitate to contact the school.

Our eSafety policy comprises of:

 ·      Three online safety booklets

o   Information for staff, visitors and volunteers

o   Information for pupils

o   Information for parents and carers

·      Operations guide

·      Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for all staff, governors and volunteers

·      Remote Learning Acceptable Use Policy (for safe practice during remote learning)
