*To Enable / Install Java

First check to see if Java is installed but not enabled in your browser:

  1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the advanced tab.
  2. Scroll down and if you see a subheading "Java (Sun)" with an unticked box under it, tick the box.

If "Java (Sun)" is not listed as above, you will need to install it. Java is a small program which will enable you to view media-rich content on many websites.

  1. Click here to visit the Java website and click on "Java Software Free Download".
  2. Follow the instructions to install Java on your computer.
  3. You will need to close your web browser and re-open it for the installation to complete.
